We had the absolute coolest experience here! Our son has come in several times planning out what he wanted to do and today they made his dream reality! The hands on terrarium building is absolutely incredible! Alex and Tanner were both soo helpful and informative while also fully letting our son create. I could also just spend hours wandering looking at everything they have to offer. We will absolutely back!! Thank you guys so much for what you have built and how you treat everyone who walks in.

Absolutely love this plant shop! You can tell how much care and passion they put into everything they do. The plants are healthy, beautiful, and there’s a great variety for both beginners and experienced plant lovers. They’re always happy to answer questions, give helpful advice, and make sure you leave with exactly what you need. It’s such a welcoming place, and it’s clear they genuinely love what they do. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for quality plants and amazing customer service!

I had a wonderful experience at this plant shop! The selection was beautiful, with everything from easy-care houseplants to rare and unique varieties. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The plants were healthy, well cared for, and reasonably priced. The shop itself was clean, inviting, and full of gorgeous displays that made browsing a joy. I left with several amazing plants and can't wait to come back. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality plants and exceptional customer service!

Rainbow Ridge Bioactive is truly a hidden gem! From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re welcomed with such a genuine sense of love, kindness, and acceptance. It feels like stepping into another world—peaceful, inspiring, and full of life. Tanner and Alex are both incredible at what they do. They take the time to guide you through choosing the perfect plants and supplies to create the terrarium of your dreams, no matter your experience level. Their passion is contagious, and Alex has such an amazing wealth of knowledge that they’re so generous to share. Every visit is an opportunity to learn something new. One of my favorite parts is the build-your-own terrarium bar—it is such a fun, creative experience and makes for a perfect outing whether you’re a beginner or a longtime plant or reptile enthusiast. I honestly recommend Rainbow Ridge Bioactive to everyone. Whether you’re looking to build a bioactive enclosure, shop for beautiful plants, or simply want a unique and enjoyable place to spend an afternoon, you won’t regret stopping by. This shop is something truly special, and I can’t wait to come back!

I can’t say enough good things about this plant store! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. The atmosphere is peaceful, beautiful, and incredibly comforting—it’s a place you actually want to spend time in. The plants are healthy, vibrant, and clearly cared for with so much love. What truly sets this place apart is the customer service. It is absolutely top-tier. Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping you find the perfect plants. They take the time to answer questions, offer helpful advice, and make you feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. You can tell this business puts its heart into everything they do. Whether you’re a seasoned plant lover or just getting started, this is the place to go. I will definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone I know. Five stars isn’t enough!
